PhotoNepal, the official photo sharing platform of the Nepal Tourism Board, invites you to capture and share Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cultural moments. Starting this month, we’re launching a rolling photo contest that will award NPR 25,000 each to the top three contributors. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic hobbyist, now’s your chance to have your work celebrated and rewarded.
How to Participate

Upload your best shots showcasing Nepal’s scenery, culture, people, wildlife, or adventure activities.

Tag each photo with #photoNepal and select “Monthly Contest” as the category.

Ensure your uploads meet our technical standards (JPEG/JPG, 5–20 MB, minimal editing).
Jury and Prizes
A dedicated evaluation committee of photography experts will review all monthly submissions. The jury will assess each image based on composition, storytelling, technical quality, and originality. The three photographers whose images score highest will each receive NPR 25,000. Winners will be announced on the first week of the following month via our website and social channels.
