How Travel in Nepal Changed My Life

The first time I was in Nepal, it changed my life. I learned to go with the flow, to be more compassionate, to be open and trustful. The resilience of the people and the overwhelming power of nature keep inspiring me, every time I go back. Something I'm endlessly grateful for! It's hard to describe the feeling in words, but maybe the picture here from the Langtang trekking says more. Travel often broadens my mind, but the first time in Nepal really opened my heart. This is why I'm now organizing yoga trekkings each year, cooperating with local guides in Nepal.
