This food is named as "khapse" made up of flour . It is specially made by Sherpa people. It has unique taste and shape. It is famous for snacks and it goes well with tea. It suits taste of every people. It can be made inside own house during the festival named 'Lhosar'. It is specially sold inside the Boudhnath area.
